Motorsport Engineering Without Compromise
Every VPG product is designed with one goal—to reproduce the feel, quality and precision expected from professional motorsport equipment.
Rather than producing replica steering wheels designed purely for appearance, VPG develops purpose-built sim racing hardware using premium materials, automotive-grade electronics and innovative engineering solutions. The result is hardware that not only looks authentic but also delivers exceptional performance during competitive racing.
From lightweight carbon fibre construction and premium magnetic paddle shifters to fully programmable controls and advanced RGB telemetry integration, every component has been developed to improve driver confidence, consistency and immersion.
Officially Licensed Porsche Steering Wheels
VPG is best known for producing one of the most authentic Porsche sim racing steering wheels available.
Developed in collaboration with Porsche and manufactured in the same facility as the real Porsche 911 Cup (992.2) steering wheel, the VPG Porsche 911 Cup Steering Wheel combines genuine motorsport-grade carbon fibre construction with electronics and controls designed specifically for sim racing.
Unlike a simple replica, it has been engineered exclusively for the virtual racing environment, offering exceptional rigidity, lightweight construction and an extensive range of programmable controls for professional-level competition.
Premium Sim Racing Hardware
Every VPG steering wheel is built using carefully selected motorsport-grade materials designed to withstand years of competitive use.
Depending on the model, features include:
- Motorsport-grade carbon fibre construction
- Precision CNC-machined aluminium components
- Automotive-grade electronics
- High-quality APEM push buttons
- ELMA rotary switches
- ALPS funky switches
- Magnetic paddle shifters
- Fully programmable RGB lighting
- SimHub compatibility
- Premium quick release compatibility
The result is hardware that performs as well as it looks, providing consistent inputs and exceptional durability under the demanding conditions of competitive sim racing.
Built for Direct Drive Sim Racing
VPG products have been designed specifically for modern direct drive wheelbases.
Their lightweight construction reduces rotational inertia, allowing more force feedback detail to reach the driver’s hands while maintaining excellent steering precision.
Combined with premium quick release systems and robust construction, VPG steering wheels are ideally suited to high-performance wheelbases from leading manufacturers including Simucube, Simagic, Asetek SimSports and other compatible direct drive ecosystems.
