Race-Grade Carbon Fibre Construction
The PW1’s housing is built from T300 prepreg carbon fibre, boasting up to 16× the tensile strength of standard composite moulding. Its 10–12-layer compression-moulded structure is produced using the same processes found in real Formula racing, achieving exceptional rigidity while remaining ultra-lightweight.
