Not only did I get a clear and helpful response but the team went out their way to order additional springs from the manufacturer and send me out a free one to try without hesitation. I have typically been very particular of who I order from with sim racing equipment. However, I will probably only use SimRacer UK moving forward as I have yet to find a downfall. They have the best prices especially when combining delivery charges. They go beyond what is required when it comes to customer service.
