Not all rigs are created equal.

The idea behind the PSR3 was simple: how do we squeeze as much rigidity as possible out of a value-oriented cockpit—without losing adjustability?

The PSR3 is built using the same ultra heavy-duty profiles as the PSR1. These have significantly thicker side walls than most other rigs on the market, which means more mass, more weight, and—most importantly—more rigidity.

For the uprights, the steering section uses an overlapping design. This means more material and higher manufacturing cost, but the result is a much stronger anchor point for the wheel deck to connect to the rig’s perimeter.

Wheel Section

The wheel mount follows the same ultra-rigid design used in the PSR1. It features a 10mm thick aluminium wheel deck, fixed to the profiles with adjustable side plates. No flex, no compromise.

Pedal Section

The pedal deck is a further evolution of the PSR1 design. Two 10mm aluminium plates sandwich two 80mm profiles, secured with eight direct fixings. Many drivers prefer a very stiff brake setup—and the PSR3 was built to deliver exactly that. Other rigs often cut corners here, using thinner materials or weaker designs to save costs, but that leads to unwanted flex.

Braced Side Mount – Included as Standard

Continuing the theme of “overlap = strength,” the PSR3 includes a braced side mount. This drastically reduces lateral movement when using a shifter or handbrake on the side.

To help you dial in your perfect position, there are two mounting heights, offering 80mm of adjustment in 1mm increments.

The side mount includes:

• 1 x 40x80x490mm profile

• 1 x 40x40x350mm profile
  Can be installed on either the left or right side of the cockpit.

Wide Wheelbase Compatibility

The PSR3’s wheel deck is aimed at medium-strength direct drive wheelbases like the Fanatec CSL DD (Boost Kit) and Simagic Alpha Mini. These are very popular thanks to their great balance of price, performance, and force feedback strength—and the PSR3 was designed with them in mind.

That said, the PSR3 can still handle stronger DD motors like the Fanatec DD1 / DD2 or Simucube 2. However, if you plan to run those at high torque, we strongly recommend stepping up to the PSR1.
