PRO SIMRIG SIMAGIC Shifter and Handbrake Bracket
The PRO SIMRIG SIMAGIC Shifter and Handbrake Bracket provides a dedicated mounting solution for installing a SIMAGIC shifter and handbrake together on a 40-series aluminium-profile sim racing cockpit.
The bracket supports one compatible SIMAGIC DS-8X, Q1 or Q1S shifter alongside one SIMAGIC TB-RS, TB-NEO or TB-1 handbrake, creating a compact control layout particularly suited to rally, drifting and manual transmission racing.
The assembly can be installed on the left or right side of the driver, with adjustment towards or away from the seating position. The handbrake is positioned at a 15° angle for a comfortable operating position.
Please note: This product is the bracket assembly only. Shifter, handbrake and other accessories shown in product images are not included.
Compatible SIMAGIC Shifters
The PRO SIMRIG bracket supports one of the following SIMAGIC shifters:
- SIMAGIC DS-8X Shifter
- SIMAGIC Q1 Sequential Shifter
- SIMAGIC Q1S Sequential Shifter
This allows the bracket to be configured around either a dual-mode or sequential SIMAGIC shifter, depending on your existing hardware.
Compatible SIMAGIC Handbrakes
The bracket supports one of the following SIMAGIC handbrakes:
- SIMAGIC TB-RS Hydraulic Handbrake
- SIMAGIC TB-NEO Handbrake
- SIMAGIC TB-1 Handbrake
One compatible shifter and one compatible handbrake can therefore be mounted together on the same bracket assembly.
Adjustable Left or Right-Hand Mounting
The bracket can be installed on either the left or right side of the driver, allowing the controls to be positioned around different cockpit layouts.
The assembly also provides adjustment towards or away from the driver, helping you set the shifter and handbrake at a comfortable reach from your normal driving position.
The handbrake is offset at a 15° angle to provide a natural operating position alongside the shifter.
SIMAGIC TB-RS Mounting Restriction
There is one important exception when using the SIMAGIC TB-RS Hydraulic Handbrake.
The TB-RS can only be installed in a right-hand drive configuration, with the bracket assembly positioned to the left of the driver.
The TB-RS is not compatible with the left-hand drive configuration, where the bracket assembly would be positioned to the right of the driver.
Designed for 40-Series Aluminium Profile
The PRO SIMRIG SIMAGIC Shifter and Handbrake Bracket is designed to attach to 40-series aluminium profile, making it suitable for compatible aluminium-profile sim racing cockpits.
The profile mounting provides flexibility when positioning the complete assembly around the driver’s seat and other cockpit hardware.
Check that your cockpit has a suitable 40-series profile and available mounting position before ordering.
One Mount for a SIMAGIC Shifter and Handbrake
For rally and drifting setups in particular, positioning the shifter and handbrake together can provide a more natural control layout.
Rather than mounting each control independently, the PRO SIMRIG bracket provides a single assembly designed around compatible SIMAGIC shifters and handbrakes.
This also makes it possible to configure combinations such as a SIMAGIC DS-8X with TB-NEO or a Q1 sequential shifter with TB-RS, subject to the TB-RS mounting restriction described above.
